Boy oh boy time is flying! Who can believe I'm 8 months old? It doesn't seem that old to me, but mom and dad keep telling me I'm a big girl. Wait until I'm 9 months old! Anyway, what's new this month you ask? Hmmm, let me see... I'm on the cusp of crawling. I hold myself up on my arms, and I get up on my knees and then I roll over. I keep telling mom not to rush me - life will totally change when I can move! I have 3 teeth and I can reach most things around me even when mom thinks they are out of my way. She says I'm mischevious. I think I'm just resourceful.
I went on the swing at the park for the first time and loved it! I start swimming lessons next week, and then August is almost over. Two of my cousins turn 1 at the beginning of September, and I'll be 9 months old. Have a great rest of your August!

This is a face I make quite often. I wrinkle my nose and blow through it quite quickly. My mom taught me this one!

8 months already??!?! Crazy. Sounds like she'll be crawling before Clark!! Though he is able to bum scoot almost as fast as a crawl.We love her resourceful face!! See you soon! Jen, Matt & Clark
